Recently completed and sold early 2024. Erwin rd was a labor of love from start to finish. Built 1n 1964 the home had substantial structural issues. After careful renovating this home came back to life.

We had the opportunity to bring this 1914 farmhouse back from disrepair. Abandoned for 5 years it needed considerable rehab.We preserved many of the original features.
